Pill bottles found next to the bed of tragic Cathriona White were reportedly prescribed to a 'fictitious male' under a name known to be an 'alias for Jim Carrey'.
TMZ.com reports that Cathriona, who took her own life on Monday, had three pill three bottles by her bed.
They state that law enforcement have confirmed that they were all prescribed to her on/off boyfriend, Hollywood actor Jim Carrey, under an alias.
Prescribing medication to an alias is common practice for doctors in order to help to protect the privacy of people in the public eye.
The prescriptions were for Ambien, Percocet, and Propranolol, a sleep aid, painkiller and blood pressure medication respectively.
The website also claims that five people discovered Cathriona's body five days after she called them saying she was distraught after her relationship with 'The Truman Show' star came to an unexpected end. She contacted friends on September 24th, the same day it is believed herself and Carrey's relationship ended.
Cathriona's friend Jenny Burpee, a TV producer, was one of the people to discover her friend's body at her LA home.
It has been reported that Cathriona had left a note for Carrey.
A toxicology report is expected to reveal which drugs killed the 30-year-old.
Cathriona, from Cappawhite, Co Tipperary, moved to Los Angeles in 2010 and had been working as a makeup artist for several years.
She was propelled into the spotlight in 2012 when she began dating Carrey (53), but the couple split a year later. They reconciled once again in May.
In the wake of Cathriona's tragic death, her mother Brigid, stepmother Brid, and sister Lisa flew to California to bring her home and bury her in Tipperary with her late father Pat, who died in 2012.
Brigid and Lisa reportedly visited the actor for an hour at his Brentwood home.
In the wake of Cathriona's death Carry issued a statement to TMZ.com: "I am shocked and deeply saddened by the passing of my sweet Cathriona.
"She was a truly kind and delicate Irish flower, too sensitive for this soil, to whom loving and being loved was all that sparkled. My heart goes out to her family and friends and to everyone who loved and cared about her. We have all been hit with a lightning bolt."
