Three motorcyclists have been taken to hospital and at least one is in a serious condition after a crash in Co Mayo today.
Emergency services were called to the scene at Islandeady on the Castlebar to Westport road at 10.30am.
A spokesman confirmed that three motorcyclists were injured after a collision with a car.
All three males were taken to hospital and one of the men is described as being in a "serious condition".
The female driver of the car was uninjured in the crash.
